Bobtrac Swim School is the dream of two families.

Bobtrac Swim School Pty Ltd has been operating in the Emerald Aquatic Centre since July 2002.
Bob Greaves and Tracy Spreadborough are the Directors and their families all help out.

Bob Greaves is a local Emerald boy, born and lived in the town all his life (except the two years he left to run the Moranbah Pool). Bob has been a member of the Emerald Swimming Club since 1991 and still is.

He is a Level 2 Accredited Swimming Coach, having coached swimmers to State finals, National Finals and a National Medal. He has also spent time in Canada doing a few months swim coaching. His other many qualifications are listed below.

Tracy Spreadborough is almost a local girl, having lived close by in Moranbah for 14 years with her two children, until moving to Emerald.

Tracy has been involved in swimming since 1993, mainly on the administration side of things. Below are the qualifications that Tracy has attained over the years.

• Recently sat a six hour exam to become a Qualified Swimming Referee
